This case involved a person who sued their own insurance company for failing to pay compesation for losses from a car wreck. The plaintiff had several prior wrecks and without any evidence an untrained adjustor made a medical determination that the spinal surgery was not related to the wreck. Suit was filed and the case was ultimately settled. In this case the insurance company not only demanded that we make the amount of the settlement confidential they demanded that we not put their name on our website and the the names of the parties be kept completely confidential.
